Mounted on Henry 22 rifle and could put ten shots covered by dime at 50'. Very clear and easy to sight in... Pros: Good valve for the money

Mounted it on a 12 Ga shotgun for my godson's first year hunting. I wanted an inexpensive scope in case he dropped it. It sighted in fine and seems to work well enough, he got a deer the second day of the season! In a year or two we'll get him something a little nicer if he manages to not break this one. In the meantime it does the job. Pros: Long Eye Relief and Price Cons: None Yet

Great scope for the money! I bought this to put on a new hunter's first gun. I put this on a Mossberg Maverick 12Ga. It sighted in well and he took a deer opening weekend in WI. in a few years we'll upgrade, but it seems to be a good starter scope and you don't have to worry about a kid breaking a more expensive one. Pros: Price Cons: None Yet

Glad I ordered this scope for my newly built AR22, it serves it's purpose perfectly, don't want to spend too much for a scope on this built. Pros: Light and good value

Scopes with a 40 MM focal and objective will not fit a .30-40 Krag side mount. They block the bolt from opening. You need a scope that is 32 MM on both ends. This Simmons was a perfect fit, and has worked well with this rifle. Pros: Excellent fit for a .30-40 Krag side mount

This scope seems to be a step up from the cheapest line of offerings. Very bright and clear. This is my first scope and I love it, I have it mounted on my AK.

The world of rifle scopes seems increasingly polluted low-grade junk that won't hold zero after a magazine-ful of rim rife recoil. Simmons stands apart from all others in the value-priced segment of the scope market. Great glass, well-built, and durable.

I mounted this on a Ruger 10/22. Clear and crisp optics fits this small carbine well. Adjusted easily and held well. This is my second one, the first was mounted on a Sweedish 6.5x55 M41 sniper rifle. Love these optics.

I bought this Simmons scope for my Ruger 10/22 because the price was right, and let's face it, how fancy do you really need to get for a .22! The scope itself has held up well, and zeroing in is very easy in the field, as the windage and elevation knobs don't require a screwdriver/brass to adjust. You get what you pay for with this scope, and for me it was exactly what I needed.

All the scopes I have bought in the last 10 years have been Simmons. Top quality optics at a reasonable price. Mounted on my Savage 220 slug gun, the performance has been impressive. I recently purchased 2 more for my 44 mag, and my muzzle loader. Very pleased.

Great scope for the price. Great alternative for teaching the young ones to shoot as opposed to damaging more expensive optics. Holds zero well and pretty accurate up to 100 yards. Shipping was fast and well packaged. All in all it does what it supposed to will buy again.

simmons makes the best scope for a cheap price that is waranteed fog proof and shock proof and water proof. for 100 yard you got a good picture out to 300 yards its still ok, not the best but better than iron sights and it handles AR15 recoil no problem i hae like a dozen f these and no worries

This is a great scope to keep around as a spare and for the price it can't be beat. I keep it around to do test firing on a variety of guns and it's held up well. Thanks to the small, streamlined ocular and objective lenses it fits on just about any receiver with low or even extra low rings. It's light and easy to zero. The glass isn't great but for what I use it for it doesn't have to be, it just has to work, and that it does.

I'm amazed that this is a $25 scope. Its bright, clear, easy to zero and holds zero. I mounted one on an AR-15 and its perfect. I'm very pleased with the price to performance ratio. Very good bang for the buck.

Bought this to put on an old Marlin 336 that I inherited from my Father. The old Tasco was pretty much useless. Took it to the range and was able to sight it in very quickly. I think it will work great for where I hunt. There are no sight lines beyond 75 yards. The only complaint is the vertical clicks are almost non existent. Windage clicks were much better.

Well delineated adjustments with solid clicks, low profile makes mounting easier. No bore sighting needed, placed this on my grandfather's 30-06 and first three shots were 2 inches from bullseye at 50 yards.
