Purchased one with the #84 flx tape for my 1911-380 classic as shown in the stock photo. First off, the mounting point shown in the photo is too far forward ; can’t mount on a moving part. 2nd, the classic model does not have a rail in front of the trigger guard. Some of the latest models do, so pay attention to the details before you buy! I contacted armalaser who readily agreed to send me a different flx strip, so I could mount the laser on a different handgun (Shield EZ) with the finger activated Flx feature. Otherwise nice product, can’t comment further as I have not mounted it yet.
